Property Maintenance/Home Tending
We work with both full time and absentee owners to maintain and manage their properties. We offer weekly, biweekly or monthly home inspections, preemptive maintenance programs, annual maintenance programs, and full concierge services ranging from pre-arrival grocery shopping to vehicle delivery and pick up at the Bozeman airport.
Property Management
Short or long-term vacation rentals.

J. a. Duncan- Owner
Duncan attended the School of Business Administration at Kent State University receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Marketing Degrees in 2007. He graduated Summa Cum Laude while participating heavily in student government and holding a two year post as President of his Fraternal organization.
Immediately following graduation he relocated to Portland, Oregon taking a position as a product specialist with Philips Lighting North America in the commercial, industrial, and public construction fields. Two years later he was promoted to Regional Manager of the Northwestern U.S. GSA Division working exclusively with Government contracts.
Most recently, after a 3 year period working in lighting design and engineering, Duncan has since focused his attention on all things real estate related, working as a licensed REALTOR and property maintenance and management specialist.
Duncan is also currently the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Livingston Area Chamber of Commerce and Convention & Visitor's Bureau and the Vice President of the local Elks Lodge #246
